My docking station is not working

Use this guide when a docking station is not charging your laptop, not detecting screens, or not connecting USB devices.

1. Disconnect and reconnect power to the dock.
2. Reconnect the USB-C cable to the laptop.
3. Check monitor input source and cable connection.
4. Restart the laptop after reconnecting the dock.

If the issue continues, submit a Docking Station request.
