My laptop camera is not working

Use this article when the laptop camera is not working in Teams, Zoom, or another meeting application.

1. Check the camera privacy shutter or keyboard camera shortcut.
2. Close other applications that may be using the camera.
3. Check camera permissions in the operating system.
4. Restart the laptop and test again.

If the camera is still unavailable, submit a Laptop request.
